The fine print

1. Age Policy

Forever Plush parties are suitable for children aged 3 and over. This age restriction applies to all attending children participating in the plushie-making activity.

2. Supervision

A minimum of one adult must be present for every 5 children attending the event. This is a condition of our insurance cover and helps us run a safe, well-supervised party for everyone.

3. Participation Waiver

A short participation waiver is confirmed at the time of booking and reconfirmed on the day. Our staff take reasonable care to run a safe activity at every party, and host families are responsible for maintaining the supervision ratio above and the general safety of the venue. Nothing in this waiver excludes any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

4. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once we've been in touch to finalise details. We'll send payment details directly once your booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly on Instagram or Facebook, or via our booking enquiry form, and we'll work it out with you.

6. Venue & Access

Please let us know whether your event is indoors or outdoors, and confirm power access is available near the setup area, when you book. This helps us arrive fully prepared.

7. Travel

Local Brisbane suburbs are included at no extra cost. Travel fees apply based on distance and are confirmed at booking: Metro (20–40km) $35, Extended (40km+) $50.

8. Liability

Forever Plush holds public and products liability insurance. Our staff take care to run a safe, well-supervised activity at every party. Host families are responsible for maintaining the supervision ratio outlined above and for the general safety of their venue.
